Friendly Design & Support
Most people come to me because they’re either fed up with their current website, or they’ve been meaning to “sort it out” for far too long. Sound familiar? That’s where I come in—taking it off your plate so you can get on with what you actually enjoy.
Not Your Typical IT Experience
I’ve been in your shoes and I know what it feels like to be confused and unsure, so when I’m told that my approach seems different—friendlier, more understanding and less intimidating, that matters to me.
Whether designing a website or building a pc, I aim to make the process as straightforward and clear as possible.
Clear Support & Honest Advice
I keep things simple and honest. No surprises and no nonsense. Just straightforward advice and reliable support from someone who’s been designing websites since 2017 and building, fixing, and figuring out how technology works since the late ’80s. I can guarantee no jargon and no disappearing act when the job is done.

how practical
tech support
meets creativity
From building my first computers to creating websites for real businesses, I’ve always believed that good technology should simply work.
My story began in the late 80s, upgrading and learning to build my own computers.
I gained my Microsoft and CompTIA certifications in 2008.
Since 2010, I’ve been helping people and businesses solve their tech problems without blinding them with jargon. Fixing things has always come naturally to me so if something’s not behaving, I can usually get to the bottom of it.
In 2017, I moved into website design after taking over management of a hosting business, and the two worlds naturally came together.
My design experience has been built through years of hands-on learning and creating real websites for real people, many of whom have been kind enough to leave wonderful testimonials. I’m always exploring new ideas and technologies to improve the way websites look, feel, and perform.
As the online world reaches ever further into our daily lives, I believe a modern website should do more than simply look good: it should work seamlessly across devices, load quickly, be easy to navigate, and provide an enjoyable experience for every visitor.

Creativity
and colour
Creativity has always been a big part of my life.
When I’m not working, I enjoy painting, textiles, dressmaking, and exploring how colour influences mood, behaviour, and design. This interest increasingly shapes how I work with websites too — not just aesthetically, but in how colour can create clarity, emotion, and trust online.
When I’m away from my screens, you can find me reading, walking, or trekking in the Borders near Carlisle and making space to slow down a little. I have been known to bake! Mostly bread, but occasionally cakes and cookies too.
